Accounting HQ

The once-a-year items,
kept on a calendar.

Annual 1099s, donor letters, business license renewals, and business privilege and sales tax. We keep the due dates, so a renewal never surprises the camp.

Who it is for
Owner-operated camps with contractors, licenses, and sales across more than one line.
On its own?
These are handled inside an Accounting HQ engagement. Tell your Director something is coming due and it gets handled.

Annual 1099s

Tracked all summer, not found in January.

Guest instructors, trip guides, the farrier, the lifeguard trainer, and the trades who fix the dining hall roof. We collect their details when they first get paid, so the year-end forms are ready without a scramble.

Annual donor letters

What a donor reads matches what you booked.

If your camp has a foundation or a campership fund that takes gifts, we prepare the acknowledgment letters from the same gift records that sit in your books.

Business license renewals

The renewals nobody remembers.

County, city, and state licenses, plus the ones tied to food service or a camp store. We keep each one on a calendar by jurisdiction and start the renewal before it is due.

Business privilege and sales tax

Sales at the tuck shop count too.

The camp store, the tuck shop, meals for retreat groups, and offseason rentals can all carry tax. We track where it applies to your camp and bring in a specialist when it does.
